Ouch, sunburn. I have been there (honestly, I think I've been that color... remember the work banquet like 10 years ago?) and poor thing, it is not going to be pretty for her, is it? Though I guess being dehydrated on top of things probably makes it a lot worse.
That said, you captured the color of a pale person being sunburnt as all heck really accurately! Also, her hair is very nicely shaded, and it looks a bit tangly too.
I hope she doesn't tip the lifeboat in her sleep/passedoutness. Is she dreaming about Jinto and Minori?
